Introduction
Viral fever with chills and coughing is not stoping. That could be due to viral infection if you do not take antiviral medicine that would not be cure itself or would take prolong period.
Cause
Sore throat and cough can be caused by various factors, including:

Treatment
Syp.scoryl D 10ml ( 3 times in 8 hours interval) upto 7 days.
Tab.azeetromycin 500mg(Once a day) upto 5 days.
Tab.paracetamol 500mg ( whenever you feel body pain or fever)
Tab.pantaprazol 40 mg ( upto 5 days ) in early morning in empty stomach.
